There is a lot to do in this week, so we have split the work load between the six of us. My task is to buy, design and print the 300 envelopes, a very time consuming task, also to cut down the origami paper.
We have decided on some dates:
Monday 17th- This week we will promote and hand out all of the packs and paper.
Friday 21st- Deadline day for all entries, this is when we will have to start to figure out how to hang all of the entries.
Monday 24th- Exhibition for one day
In this week there is a lot of printing to be done, we have figured out our next steps are to finalise everything, print the packs and posters which will take up the most amount of time, promote folded online and let people know what we are about and trying to achieve, then to launch it and finally host the exhibition.
This was the final design decided for the envelopes, it excludes everything you need to know, the fact its a design pack, when the deadline is, and where to hand your entry in, also including the logo in the opposite corner.
